AxisPoint Psychiatry came to eCOG Media in the middle of a significant transition: a rebrand from an existing two-provider group practice to a solo psychiatric practice under a new name, new URL, and new identity. The work wasn’t just a visual refresh. It required a ground-up redesign that shed the old brand entirely while preserving the clinical credibility the provider had built over years of practice.

The client’s direction was clear: no corporate feel, no clinical coldness. She wanted patients to feel like they were sitting on a couch and talking to someone who understood them, before they ever booked an appointment.

What we built: A full nine-page WordPress site built in Divi, including Home, About, Services, Who We Help (by age group), Insurance & Fees, New Patients, Resources, Contact, and an integrated scheduling page with an embedded Valant patient portal. A custom design system was developed from scratch: navy, teal, and warm gold palette; Raleway and Open Sans typography; natural photography sourced from Unsplash, with a shared CSS architecture that kept every page visually consistent.

Beyond layout, the project included a complete content rewrite across all pages, SEO-optimized navigation, and six full-length blog articles written for the Resources section and ready to publish as WordPress posts. Topics ranged from ADHD across the lifespan and depression to GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing and children’s psychiatric evaluations.

The result is a site that feels personal, trustworthy, and approachable, exactly what a patient searching for psychiatric care in a vulnerable moment needs to find.
