Best of Denton is a custom WordPress website design and development project completed by eCOG Media in partnership with ITZonTarget. The goal of this project was to create a dedicated standalone website for this well-known annual Denton event, giving it a stronger online presence separate from its previous location on the newspaper’s website. By moving the event to its own platform, the site now has greater flexibility for branding, promotion, user engagement, and long-term growth.

This website was designed and built in WordPress using Divi, allowing for a modern layout, easy content management, and the flexibility needed to support the event each year. The project included integration of their iframe voting tool along with additional media elements used to promote the event and encourage community participation. As part of the website development process, special attention was given to usability, visual appeal, and making it easy for visitors to navigate the site, vote, and access important event information.
