Regents Park Funds is a custom coding project working with their API and writing custom JavaScript and PHP. The website was built in WordPress with their in-house team, and I was brought onboard to connect their site to an API service to pull-in and display the API data on the site. The API data pulls were of highly critical to be pulled in daily and must be updated prior to market opening for the day. Using a combination of PHP, JavaScript and CRON jobs I was able to accomplish for them. In addition to the API data pulls I was able to create a series of “cache busting” scripts to help ensure that their clients were always seeing the most updated information on their site. To help with reporting and compliance I created a customized archiving PHP to capture the selected pages and archive them on their site a regular interval. I will continue to maintain and develop their site in the future.
