The challenge. Anchor Psychiatric Group came to us on Squarespace with a thin, text light site that did not reflect the quality of their care. They liked their anchor logo and navy color but needed a more professional and trustworthy presence, clearer navigation, more substantial content, and room to grow as they expanded into new states. They also wanted to move onto their own WordPress hosting.

What we did. eCOG rebuilt the site from the ground up in WordPress and Divi on the client’s WPMU server, migrating fully away from Squarespace. We developed a two-color brand system around their existing navy and a warm complementary greige, then built bold navy content sections carrying a subtle anchor watermark drawn from their own logo. We paired Lora and Source Sans 3 for a warm, established typographic voice, and replaced generic stock with custom SVG illustrations and a full matching icon set, each exported in multiple formats for reuse.

We expanded both the content and the structure: clearer dropdown navigation, richer service and provider pages, and a brand new Veterans care page. Appointment scheduling was integrated with the practice’s Valant patient portal, and the whole build was responsive and accessibility minded, with dedicated contrast and mobile menu refinements. As the practice grew, we scaled the content to cover five states, Alaska, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana, with California coming soon.

The result. Anchor now has a cohesive, professional site that matches the quality of their care, is easy for the team to update in house, and scales cleanly as they add providers and expand into new states.
